If you cannot afford to lose your deposit if you have an emergency that is outside of the rescheduling policy and can’t make your appointment please do not schedule. So that you will be able to use this same "Scheduling Fee" if you need to reschedule the cancellation will need to take place 48 hours for a retightening service and 14 days for an installation. Your quote is good for 7 days. This only means that AFTER the 7th days IF there is a service price change and you haven’t scheduled with a deposit. You will pay the new price of the requested service. Your hair will be measured once you arrive for service. This is the time your price will be finalized.

How does ArdraPay Later work? (For Installations or Classes ONLY)
ArdraPay Later (which is like AfterPay) allows you to split your service amount into 4 payments with an 10% fee added to the cost of service. All payments will be non-refundable and non-transferable. Using ArdraPay Later revokes your eligibility to reschedule. Each payment will have to be paid on the scheduled payment dates or before not after. Not making payments on time will cost you $50 per day that the payment has not been paid with the original scheduled payment. You will not be able to skip payments and catch up on another due date. Your appointment will be cancelled if the late payment and accumulated fees have not been paid 7 days before the next due date. If your service has not been paid in full before your service date your appointment will be cancelled . You will lose all payments made and if you want to schedule again the previous funds will NOT go toward the new scheduled date. If there has been a price change at the time of the new scheduled date you will be required to pay the new price.

Please come with your hair freshly shampoo within the last 24 hours with a clarifying shampoo. Your hair needs to be COMPLETELY DRY . Allow your hair to air dry, DO NOT BLOW DRY or CONDITION , put your hair into four braids and make sure your hair is 𝑭𝑹𝑬𝑬 𝑭𝑹𝑶𝑴 𝑨𝑳𝑳 products. Shampoo service is NOT available.
COLORING NEED TO BE DONE 1 month before install. Coloring your hair CAN change your results. You will not be able to color again for 1 year.
If you relax or break your hair off prior to your service and can't keep your original date regular rescheduling policy will apply.
*Braidlocs are really small individuals that will mature into Locs. During your braidloc journey, most people can't tell the difference unless you choose to explain. You will be asked if they are Sisterlocs. These take less time to complete but with a close-up look, you can see the braid pattern. These are less expensive and Slippage is based on texture, length, and lifestyle.
*MicroLocs are also really small locks parted into small individuals that are interlocked instead of braiding or twisting. This gives you an instant locked look! Over time you will have to explain if they are or are not sisterlocs if you choose to. Slippage is based on texture, length, and lifestyle.
*TwistLocs are very small parts that are two-strand twisted. With these Locs, you could experience extreme slippage if you have short or soft fine hair.

Sisterlocs/Microlocs are INTERLOCKED! But, a person that didn't pay to take the sisterloc class can't market using the brand's name legally because it's trademarked. Therefore, we say MICROLOCS.
If we have to shelter-in-place/bad weather your appointment will be rescheduled, not refunded.

The payment secures your appointment date and time. This also eliminated clients scheduling that know they are not serious about receiving service. This scheduling deposit payment DOES go towards your service.

How to take care of your locs.
I use natural kinky human hair for lock extensions please don't expect it to respond like loose natural wavy hair. This hair will respond like natural 4c hair. It can be colored and rolled on rollers. You will be responsible for loosening the extensions. It is recommended to leave the hair alone so that it can start to mature with your hair. When it is freshly installed I recommend that you handle the hair as less as possible. Your hair texture, length, and home maintenance will determine the amount of slippage that you will experience.
Because your scheduling fee will cover your service clients will no longer be put on the block list. You will have lost your scheduling fee if it is for a retightening service. If you have an appointment for an installation you will lose your scheduling fee and be required to pay the full balance for another appointment and installation if you still desire service.
Clients that schedule DURING a SPECIAL can NOT use their scheduling fee to reschedule. You will be given the opportunity to pay the original price of service and pay what is required to schedule for a new date. Ex. If you scheduled during a special but need to reschedule. The scheduling fee with the special price was $200 but with the original price it would have been $400. You have to opportunity to pay the additional $200 at the time and pay the original price of service on your new installation date. This keeps you from losing your the previous funds. You have a new date with no discount and the fee that you paid goes towards your new price or lose the scheduling deposit.
Your hair and scalp will be evaluated and a recommendation of sizing and service installation method will be given. Prior to paying the scheduling fee during your consultation, you will have finalized your decisions on loc size and installation method. If at the time of completion, you regret your decision on parting/size and install method. You will be responsible and charged for any requested adjustments.

Extensions
Retightening Service:
The time will be based on the size of your head, if you have a tender scalp, if your hair marries a lot, the number of Locs, and the amount of slippage that you have.
FYI: If you are not available for the long hours discussed during the consultation please don't schedule. Additional time and days will not be added because of you sleeping, impatient, or just ready to go home. I will not be pressured to beat someone else time but I will take care of your hair and do what needs to be done.
There are only a few things that happen with locs. I will assume that you have done your research prior to wanting to make such an expensive investment. Please don't take all of the information that you have consumed to mean that the information is for your texture, length and lifestyle. For example when locs have been oversaturated before you receive permission. Your locs will slip/come loose and you might think that it is new growth. If you have extension and do this your locs will slide even after they have been started with a braid. Your natural hair will start to stick out of the side of the extensions and possibly swell (My locs don't swell because of the technique I use to lock them during an install). If you follow instructions 100% of the time you will not have these problems excessively but, slippage is normal. This can happen months after an install if you are following everyone else's instructions for a service that they did not install for you. The insinuation of blaming me will instantly end our business relationship. Two of my locs have extensions and I have bleached and abused them and they are still here and healthy. One thing I do for sure is, my job. This only happens to clients that don't follow instruction well, listen to YouTube advice instead of mine. Thinking, "Well,I'm just gone do a little this or that" can cost you a new install! Another example is puffy roots with short hair around the loc tells me that either the hair was already broken in that area or that you have been scratching with your nails which pulls hair from the loc and thins it. Be very careful of this during the summer when it's hot; I fail at this every summer.
